The Texas Food Handlers Certification Course is required for any food service employee within 60 days of employment. The purpose is to educate and promote the preparation and service of safe food. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers a Texas Department of State Health Services Accredited course. Registration is at the link below. Fee is $20.00 per person.
